ORAWA (Outstanding Recognition of Advocacy- Milestones and Work Excellence Award) is an award given to recognize teachers, school heads, schools, and non-teaching personnel who have gone over and beyond the call of duty to serve their profession and their community. It also intends to give due recognition and incentives to outstanding employees who exhibit exemplary behavior, innovative ideas, superior accomplishments and other personal efforts contributing to quality, efficiency, and timeliness to attain organization goals and objectives. "Orawa" is a Minasbate term which means pride and honor.

A given set of guidelines and criteria prepared by the PRAISE Committee shall be the basis for the ORAWA.

ORAWA is given for the following categories:

b. Non-Teaching Personnel

c. School Head

d. Performing School

e. Novelty
